We are currently supporting Zara Biotech with their hiring requirements and we’re looking for talented Sales professionals to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of retail outlets and distributor accounts
• Execute daily beat plans — outlet visits, order booking, stock checks and merchandising
• Build strong relationships with retailers and distributor sales teams through regular field contact and follow-up
• Drive secondary sales, distribution width and depth in the assigned territory
• Identify inactive or underperforming outlets and drive structured re-engagement
• Onboard new outlets and expand coverage in the assigned area
• Execute in-store activations, sampling drives and promotional programmes
• Support D2C and social-selling activity: coordinate with influencers, capture field content, assist channel campaigns
• Coordinate with the distributor and internal teams to resolve stock, credit and service issues
• Report daily, weekly and monthly outlet-level performance against targets
Who Should Apply
• 1–2 years in FMCG field sales, retail sales, pharma field work or channel sales — freshers with solid drive will be considered
• Prior beat-plan and outlet-visit experience is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Malayalam and English
• Good at follow-ups, relationship building and handling objections
• Comfortable with daily targets and a performance-driven field environment
• Active and confident on social media, particularly Instagram — this is a genuine part of the role
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence essential
• Smartphone and reliable internet
• Language fluvency in English and Hindi
