Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in both static and video editing and a genuine interest in learning, creating, and growing within a rapid-paced digital agency environment.

This role is suited to someone with a fresh creative perspective, strong technical skills, and the patience and eagerness to develop their craft through diverse projects, feedback, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other creative requirements.
• Work across static and video editing, adapting creative ideas across different formats and platforms.




• Translate briefs and creative directions into thoughtful, visually strong design solutions.
• Receive, understand, and apply feedback constructively while being open to refining your work.
• Manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency and attention to detail.
• Continuously explore new design techniques, tools, trends, and creative approaches.

Qualifications:
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio, technical ability, attitude towards work, and willingness to learn matter more.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of static and video editing.
• Proficiency in relevant design and editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects or equivalent motion-design tools is a plus.
