1. PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: Delhi | Experience: 4–5 years | Reporting: Senior Management | CTC: As per industry standards

The Opportunity
This is primarily a business development role for someone who understands the hospitality industry, knows how to build relationships and can convert networks into business. The ideal candidate may come from hotel HR, business development, sales or a similar client-facing role and should be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and develop relationships with hotel chains, hotels, event companies and individual clients.
• Identify recent business opportunities, initiate conversations, conduct meetings and close deals.




• Build a strong network within the hospitality ecosystem and convert relationships into partnerships.
• Onboard hotels, clients and business partners onto the Servouz platform.
• Drive local business development through meetings, networking and regular market visits across Delhi/NCR.
• Manage day-to-day internal HR activities and support employee-related processes.
• Work directly with senior management on business growth initiatives and execution.
• As the business grows, contribute to building and managing a larger BD/people team.

What We’re Looking For
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, business development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently take a lead from initial conversation through to closure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation skills and confidence in creating PowerPoint p
