About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing qualified to drive digital acquisition with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition and ROI.



The candidate should be data-driven, hands-on with paid media platforms, and comfortable working with creative, sales and business teams.

Key Responsibilities• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Own campaign performance across the funnel, from traffic and lead generation to conversion and acquisition.
• Manage media budgets, audience targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages and campaign tracking.
• Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience segmentation, remarketing and A/B testing across creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Analyse campaign and funnel data to improve lead quality and conversion rates, working closely with sales/business teams.
• Work with creative/content teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
