About Us

Conscious Chemist, a rapidly growing D2C skincare brand under Era Botanics Pvt. Ltd., is committed to crafting innovative personal care products. Our brand stands for honesty and transparency, creating highly effective products backed by performance. Our mission is to promote wellness, dispel chemical misinformation, and empower consumers to make informed decisions.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who understands digital-first storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced D2C environment. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact video content across platforms—social media, ads, e-commerce, and brand campaigns—playing a key role in how Conscious Chemist is experienced by consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging, high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta ads, website, and other digital platforms.

• Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, performance ads, and product videos optimised for conversions.
• Edit long-form content, including brand films, campaign videos, interviews, and explainers.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to align videos with campaign objectives and brand tone.
• Add motion graphics, text animations, sound design, and transitions to enhance storytelling.
• Adapt and repurpose video content across multiple formats and aspect ratios.
• Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all video outputs.
• Manage timelines, multiple projects, and quick turnarounds in a high-growth environment.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
