We are Epistle, South Asia's oldest and largest communications consultancy dedicated to the
built setting. We serve visionary stakeholders across domains including architecture,
design, art, lifestyle, and city-making. We advise, curate, document, connect, and communicate
to bridge the gap between design and discourse.

Our design team shapes the visual language and creative expression of a diverse portfolio of
clients and projects. Working across branding, digital content creation, digital content, and
multimedia storytelling, we collaborate to craft thoughtful visual narratives, build distinctive
brand identities, and deliver impactful creative solutions across platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
● Conceptualise and develop visual identities for brands.
● Design and develop engaging social media content, ensuring consistency in brand language
across platforms.
● Design and establish templates and systems for branding, marketing, and communication
collateral, including profiles, publications, books, presentations, brochures, websites, award




entries, social media posts/stories/covers/reels, short videos, and newsletters.
● Create or lead the development of motion graphics, animations, and brand videos/reels.
● Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective
communication design.
● Contribute to ideation, strategy discussions, and visual direction for projects.

What We’re Looking For
● 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, etc.
● Pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
● A refined eye for aesthetics, detail, typography, and brand consistency.
● Strong collaboration and communication skills with openness to feedback and iteration.
● Organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
● Working knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
