Job Description

• The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the company's incentive compensation programs.
• This role ensures compensation-related employee data, commission transactions, payouts, and supporting records are accurate, complete, and processed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• The position serves as a key point of contact for compensation-related inquiries and works closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, HR, Finance, Payroll, and other business stakeholders
