About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who can lead the social media presence of brands operating in the finance, fintech, investment, wealth management, and BFSI space.
This role requires someone who understands how to turn complex financial topics into simple, engaging, credible, and platform-friendly content, while also having robust ownership of strategy, execution, client communication, and team management.
You will be responsible for managing multiple finance-focused social media accounts, driving content strategy, and leading a team of social media/content professionals to deliver high-quality work consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for finance and fintech brands.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives, audience behaviour, and business goals.
• Identify relevant trends, conversations, formats, and opportunities across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content pillars and communication strategies for different finance audiences.




• Track social media performance and continuously optimise the strategy based on insights and data.
• Own the day-to-day management of assigned social media accounts.
• Guide the creation of reels, carousels, static posts, stories, videos, thought-leadership content and other formats.
• Ensure financial content is accurate, responsible, compliant and easy to understand.
• Work closely with writers, designers, video editors, creators and other internal teams.
• Review and approve content before publishing.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity and communication.
• Allocate tasks, set priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular reviews of team output and provide constructive feedback.
• Establish quality standards and processes for social media execution.
• Take ownership of team performance, productivity and accountability.
• Train junior team members on social media
