Preferred Eligibility Criteria
• Degree: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or Business Management.
• Operational Expertise: Proven mastery in luxury retreat operations, ultra-HNWI guest experiences, retreat programming, and P&L; management.
• Experience: Minimum 12–15+ years in hospitality, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a premium boutique wellness resort or sanctuary.
• Full-time, on-site role.

Job Description
• Strategic Operations & P&L;: Drive top-line revenue, manage operational budgets, and maintain high-yield occupancy for the sanctuary.
• Integrative Guest Experience: Ensure seamless service delivery for high-net-worth guests
• Departmental Synergy: Align clinical wellness teams (Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga) with other teams
• Team Leadership & Culture




• Quality & Estate Standards: Oversee sanctuary maintenance, organic gardens, eco-sustainability initiatives, and luxury safety protocols.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of the retreat

Must-Have Skills & Qualities
• Deep mastery over ultra-luxury hospitality standards, retreat logistics, and guest personalization.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with ultra-HNWIs and NRIs
• Versatility in leadership
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong understanding of luxury wellness trends
