Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across GeM, Amazon and other government and private e-commerce portals.
• Create, manage and optimize product listings, catalogues, images, specifications, pricing and inventory across online platforms.
• Identify suitable government procurement opportunities, GeM bids and tenders and manage the complete bid submission process.
• Generate online sales and business leads through GeM, Amazon and other B2B/B2C e-commerce platforms.
• Develop strategies to increase product visibility, enquiries, orders and sales conversion across online channels.
• Manage product pricing, offers, promotions and marketplace campaigns to maximize online sales.
• Coordinate with Sales, Tender, Purchase, Finance, Logistics and Technical teams for timely order processing and fulfilment.
• Handle online enquiries, customer queries, quotations, orders, returns and after-sales coordination.
• Research competitors, market prices, new products and emerging opportunities across government and private portals.




• Maintain accurate product specifications, certifications, regulatory documents, GST details and other required documentation.
• Monitor marketplace performance, sales, enquiries, orders, bids and conversion rates and prepare regular reports.
• Explore and onboard the company on new government and private e-commerce/B2B portals to expand online business.
• Ensure compliance with GeM policies, marketplace guidelines and company procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in GeM, e-commerce, online sales, marketplace management or tendering.
• Robust hands-on experience with GeM portal and government procurement.
• Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and preferably other B2B/B2C e-commerce portals.
• Proven ability to generate sales through online marketplaces and government portals.
• Experience in product listing, catalogue management, pricing, promotions and online sales optimization.
