Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Vasai. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation along with Team handling.

The Human Resources Manager will manage payroll and benefits coordination, support training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with department leaders on workforce planning, resolving workplace issues, maintaining accurate HR records, and driving employee engagement and retention programs. The role also involves continuously improving HR processes to support a positive, fair, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities




Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection and joining.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand requirements, prepare JDs, conduct interviews, and close positions within timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Manage joining formalities, documentation, background verification, offer/appointment letters, and induction.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/HRIS and ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.

HR Operations
• Manage employee attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Address employee queries relating to salary, leave, attendance, policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
• Coordinate with payroll/accounting teams for monthly salary processing.
• Ensure timely maintenance
