Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Lead Management
• Manage and follow up on inbound leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer meetings, understand requirements, and assist in closing sales.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Track the sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.

2. Team Coordination & Support
• Guide and support Sales/Design Consultants in their daily activities.
• Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
• Assist team members with customer negotiations and complex sales cases.
• Coordinate with showroom, design, operations, production, and installation teams.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with the team on pending leads and enquiries.

3. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Focus on repeat business, referrals,



and maintaining long-term client relationships.

4. Site Visits & Project Coordination
• Support client site visits, measurements, and requirement discussions when required.
• Ensure proper coordination between sales, design, and execution teams.
• Review project requirements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Support the team in ensuring smooth order processing and project handover.

5. Business Growth
• Identify opportunities to increase sales in the modular kitchen and interior segment.
• Promote recent products, finishes, and ongoing offers.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Provide market feedback and suggestions to management for business growth.

6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
• Track lead conversion, order closures, pending enquiries,
