Key Responsibilities:
· Generate business through LinkedIn, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other bidding portals & Directories
· Identify and connect with potential international clients
· Handle complete client communication and relationship management
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
· Create professional proposals, quotations, and presentations
. Give Product Demos




· Manage Upwork bidding strategy and lead conversion
· Negotiate and close deals effectively
· Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline reports
· Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills:
· 2+ years of experience in IT Business Development
· Strong knowledge of Upwork bidding & LinkedIn lead generation
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Experience in handling international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
· Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Custom Software)
· Solid negotiation and presentation skills
. AI Aligned and has strong know-how of using various AI tools for Lead generation

Preferred:
· Experience in closing high-ticket IT projects
· Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
· Immediate joiners preferred
. B.E/B Tech and MBA candidates preferred
