About the Role
We are seeking an organized, data-driven, and proactive HR Operations - Team Lead to manage our core HR processes and oversee a dedicated team of HR Ops professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team to ensure operational excellence across candidate onboarding, background verification (BGV), employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate has a solid analytical mindset, deep expertise in HR systems, a passion for continuous process improvement, and proven experience in effectively managing team performance and daily task closures.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of HR Operations executives/specialists.
• Track daily and weekly task closures, ensuring work done by team members is accurate and completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Distribute and balance the team's workload effectively to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct regular check-ins, monitor individual performance, and provide coaching to enhance team productivity and capabilities.
Onboarding & Background Verification (BGV)
• Manage the end-to-end offer generation and candidate onboarding processes.
• Ensure a world-class, seamless candidate experience from the moment an offer is extended through their first 30 days.
• Oversee the Background Verification (BGV) process from initiation to completion.
• Publish regular BGV dashboards to leadership and stakeholders.
