Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Sales Head – Media Sales to lead revenue generation and business development for our advertising and media business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets across outdoor advertising, LED displays, branding solutions, and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Sell advertising solutions including LED displays, hoardings, outdoor advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, and media agencies.
• Meet clients to understand their marketing and advertising requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.




• Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client relationships.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Identify current markets, business opportunities, and potential clients.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 8+ years of relevant experience in Media Sales / Advertising Sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and revenue-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of the advertising, media, and branding industry.
• Ability to develop and maintain a strong corporate client network.
