Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site placement officer role based in Amravati. The Placement Officer will coordinate campus placement activities, including scheduling recruitment drives, liaising with employers, and maintaining relationships with industry partners. The role involves providing career counseling to learners, guiding them on career paths, resume preparation, and interview readiness. The Placement Officer will organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employability skills. Daily responsibilities also include tracking placement data, preparing reports, collaborating with academic departments, and ensuring learners receive timely information about internships and job opportunities.

Qualifications
• Ability to manage campus placement activities, coordinate recruitment drives,



and build strong industry relationships.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with learners, faculty, and recruiters.
• Experience or interest in career counseling, guiding learners on career choices, and supporting their professional development.
• Skills in designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and employability programs within an education setting.
• Background or familiarity with the education sector, preferably in higher or professional education settings.
