Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce Graduate (mandatory)

Experience: Fresher to 3 years maximum

Salary: Rs. 20,000 - 25,000 per month

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare bills, vouchers and complete data entry in Tally. Prepare media release orders & media bills.

2. Handle petty cash entries and manage office petty cash

3.



Maintain accounts entries for all group companies - Oberoi Foods and Oberoi IBC. Entry in Tally and analysis in Excel

4. Maintain all bank accounts and credit card records of all companies & the proprietor's family members

5. Manage personal accounts of the proprietor and their family members.

6. Maintain monthly expenses details with due dates for the proprietor's family and both companies , Oberoi Foods, Oberoi IBC., along with salary calculation.

7. Handle offer letter to appointment letter process, and prepare monthly salary slips and Salaries transfer every month.

8. Handle all govt. dues - PF, PT, TDS, GST calculations and payments & Annual Audit.

9. Prepare monthly MIS: Monthly expenses vs Monthly revenue calculation at end of month

10. Maintain all important papers & documents of both companies & the proprietor's family members - client contracts, celebrity agreements, Aadhar card, PAN card, passport, driving license, voter I
