About the Role
Connect2Learn is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in Operations, EdTech, Customer Experience, and Process Management.
As an Onboarding Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of learning programs by coordinating with students, teachers, and internal teams. You will gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, student onboarding, scheduling, LMS management, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor regular class completion to ensure smooth learning operations.
• Manage teacher coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Handle student onboarding and ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience.
• Create, organize,



and manage student batches through the LMS.
• Coordinate with Academic, Sales, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Monitor operational activities and follow up on pending tasks and issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow established processes and contribute to improving operational efficiency.
• Support international learning programs and coordinate with global stakeholders when required.
