We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to take ownership of social media for the brands we work with.

This role involves managing brands end-to-end across social. From understanding the brand and planning monthly content to coordinating with creative teams, managing timelines, handling client feedback, and ensuring everything goes out smoothly. You'll be the key point of contact between the client and our internal teams, making sure the right work gets done, on time and to a high standard.

You'll work across a range of brands and categories, with a strong focus on building consistent, engaging, and relevant social presence for each account.

What You'll do:
- Manage social media accounts from content planning through execution and publishing
- Develop monthly content calendars, content pillars, formats, and creative directions
- Understand brand objectives and translate them into relevant social media content
- Brief designers and video editors and manage content through to final execution
- Review and refine content to ensure it is on-brand, platform-appropriate,



and aligned with the overall strategy
- Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, formats, creators, and cultural conversations
- Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content and strategy
- Develop and execute shoot decks
- Present content plans, ideas, and recommendations to clients
- Manage client communication, feedback, and approvals
- Contribute to pitches, campaign ideas, and new business opportunities
- Manage multiple brands and projects while maintaining timelines and quality

What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a creative, digital, or social media agency
- Strong portfolio or track record of managing social media accounts for brands
- Solid understanding of Instagram and other key social platforms, formats, and content trends
- Ability to develop content calendars and translate strategy int
