About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Education Consultant (Sales) who can manage leads, communicate with students and parents, provide guidance on university options, and convert prospects into enrolled students.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales, follow-up, communication, and closing skills, along with a practical understanding of study-abroad admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Admissions

• Understand student profiles, academic background, career goals, budget, and destination preferences.
• Explain application processes, eligibility, requirements, and timelines.
• Have a working understanding of student processes and requirements for major study-abroad destinations.




• Communicate confidently with students and parents and resolve basic queries or coordinate with the relevant team for complex cases.
• Take ownership of the student journey from enquiry through counselling, enrollment, and onboarding.

Sales & Lead Management

• Manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Understand requirements, explain services, handle objections, and convert prospects into enrollments.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups and re-engage inactive/old leads.
• Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM, lead status, follow-up, and conversion records.
• Identify potential drop-offs and take proactive action to improve conversions.

Coordination & Operations

• Schedule discovery calls, counselling sessions, and meetings.
• Coordinate with admissions, application, and operations teams.
• Ensure timely communication of deadlines, payments, meetings, and next st
