Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at Fintech Cloud Pvt. Ltd. will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders,



aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives and growth plans. This full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon involves partnering with leadership to design and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, and drive organizational effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting performance management cycles, advising on labor and employment law compliance, and guiding managers on people-related decisions. The role will also handle HR operations such as onboarding, exit processes, HR data management, and policy communication.
