Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
• Develop and execute the overall performance marketing and customer acquisition strategy.
• Own marketing budgets, ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
• Lead lead generation and acquisition campaigns for admissions and business growth.
• Optimize the complete marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion and revenue.
• Drive CRO, remarketing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Work closely with the Sales and Admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI, ROAS, CAC, CPL, revenue, and conversions.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages,



campaigns, audiences, and messaging.
• Develop data-driven strategies based on customer behavior, campaign analytics, and market trends.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and other analytics tools.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the performance marketing team.
• Coordinate with creative, content, technology, and sales teams for campaign execution.
• Identify new paid acquisition channels and opportunities for scalable growth.

Required Skills
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership or team-management role.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS, E-commerce, or other lead-generation-driven businesses will be preferred.
• Solid expertise in Performance Marketing and Paid Media.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advert
