About the Role
BS Eduworld is looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive to connect with prospective clients interested in advanced higher education, including PhD, doctorate and other postgraduate programmes.

Approximately 90% of our clients are working professionals. This role requires a consultative approach, solid communication skills and an understanding of professionals’ career goals and time constraints. You will handle initial outreach, qualify enquiries, maintain follow-ups and arrange the final meeting with our education counsellor.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Introduce BS Eduworld and provide an initial overview of relevant higher education services.
• Understand each prospect’s educational background, professional experience, career goals and preferred study format.
• Identify suitable enquiries for further discussion with the counsellor.




• Address preliminary questions using approved programme information and refer detailed academic or eligibility queries to the counsellor.
• Maintain professional, timely follow-ups that respect clients’ work schedules.
• Schedule counselling meetings, confirm attendance and send reminders.
• Provide the counsellor with a clear summary of each prospect’s requirements and previous conversations.
• Update the CRM with contact details, conversation notes, follow-up dates and lead status.
• Work towards agreed targets for outreach, qualified appointments and meetings attended.
