Job Title: Architectural Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Manager to lead design
development and drawing coordination across projects. The role focuses
on managing DD & GFC documentation, ensuring seamless stakeholder
coordination, and driving quality and timely delivery of construction
drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee Design Development (DD) and GFC drawing
preparation
• Manage drawing coordination across architectural, structural, and
MEP teams
• Act as a central point for stakeholder coordination (clients,
consultants, contractors)
• Ensure all drawings meet quality standards, project timelines, and
compliance requirements
• Review and resolve design discrepancies and coordination issues
• Guide and mentor the architectural team for efficient project delivery




• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design intent
• Conduct regular coordination meetings and provide technical inputs
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10–15 years of experience in architectural design & execution
• Strong expertise in DD & GFC drawings and coordination
• Proven experience in managing teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools
• Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Profile:
• Experience in large-scale residential/commercial projects
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong execution focus
