Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Role Summary:
As a Corporate Sales Manager at AdOnMo, you will be responsible for driving and managing sales operations, developing strategic business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with clients, agencies, marketing, and internal teams to strengthen business relationships and deliver consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Identify market trends, recent business opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.

Client & Account Management
• Conduct sales meetings and calls with prospective clients and prepare customized proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.




• Follow up with clients and agencies to ensure timely payments and collections.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Marketing team to strengthen lead generation and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and release of orders.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and materials to clients.

Team Leadership & Development
• Mentor, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Provide product and industry knowledge to team members.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales capabilities and keep the team updated on industry trends and product offerings.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Track leads, prospects, media opportunities, and sales pipelines to maximize conversion opportun
