Role Description The Business Development Manager (US Staffing) is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving growth in the U.S. staffing business. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new client relationships,



generating leads, and managing the end-to-end business development cycle for IT staffing and consulting services. The role involves working closely with sales, recruiting, and delivery teams to understand client requirements, propose suitable staffing solutions, and ensure timely and high-quality service. The Business Development Manager will negotiate contracts, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and track key performance metrics while regularly reporting progress to leadership.
