Job Description:- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Operations teams in ensuring smooth client onboarding and post-sales execution. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between the sales, operations, and client teams to streamline communication, monitor service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction. ● Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure proper onboarding of clients. ● Identify and address operational bottlenecks, and propose process improvements. ● Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely execution of customer requests and service commitments. ● Liaise with clients to collect required data and extract information from existing dashboards. ● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of housing societies and clients. ● Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports in relevant internal groups. ● Assist in improving communication, reporting accuracy, and overall process efficiency.
