Field Service Transition Specialist

Location:Pune,Hyderabad,Noida, Gurgaon,Chennai, Bangalore
• 10+ years of relevant experience or combination of work experience and education.
• 3+ years of project management experience.• Knowledge of Service Desk, Field Services, Desktop Engineering or similar business practices, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of project management practices, PMP certification is preferred
• Expertise with MS Project and MS Office suite (Excel macros and pivot tables)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Solid team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
• Conflict management experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Remedy and/or SalesForce.com is preferred
• Prior Service Management experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Field Service support processes and tools, to include: IMAC; Break Fix; Desk Side Support
