Brand Defence & Integrity is looking for an Associate Manager – Forensic Risk & Due Diligence to support and independently execute forensic investigations, fraud reviews, integrity due diligence assignments, compliance engagements, and technology-enabled reviews.

This is an execution-focused role for professionals who are comfortable working with evidence, data, documentation, investigation workflows, client stakeholders, and senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Forensic Investigation

• Support and independently execute investigations involving employee misconduct, fraud, vendor issues, conflicts of interest, asset misappropriation, whistleblower allegations, and control failures.
• Review transactions, documents, contracts, books of accounts, emails, and supporting evidence.
• Assist with investigation work plans, evidence lists, interview plans, and issue trackers.
• Prepare factual chronologies, evidence summaries, and working papers.

Discovery & Digital Review

• Coordinate the collection, preservation,



and review of electronic evidence.
• Review emails, documents, chat records, mobile extractions, and system-generated data.
• Work with forensic technology teams on Intella, Oxygen Forensics, Cellebrite UFED, and related review workflows.
• Use analytics and review patterns to identify relevant facts and escalation points.

Risk, Compliance & Due Diligence

• Support fraud risk assessments, compliance reviews, and governance health checks.
• Conduct background checks on individuals and entities.
• Review corporate records, litigation exposure, adverse intelligence, and reputational indicators.
• Assist in preparing concise due diligence outputs for client decision-making.

Client & Engagement Support

• Participate in client calls, status updates, and working sessions.
• Support senior team members with engagement management, project tracking, and quality control.
