We are now expanding from online marketplaces and D2C into offline retail, corporate gifting and event sales.
Key Responsibilities1. Retail & Shop Sales Development• Identify and visit potential offline shops and dealers.
• Develop new retail accounts for Kichera products.
• Target:
• Natural & organic stores
• Non-toxic / healthy food stores
• Premium cookware shops
• Kitchenware stores
• Home & lifestyle stores
• Gift shops
• Premium supermarkets
• Other relevant specialty stores
• Present Kichera's Natural & Non-Toxic Kitchen concept to shop owners.
• Explain products, pricing, margins and selling benefits.
• Generate orders and follow up for repeat purchases.
• Maintain regular relationships with retailers.




• Collect market feedback, competitor information and product requirements.

2. Corporate Gifting & B2B Sales• Identify companies that can use Kichera products for corporate gifting.
• Target:
• Banks
• IT companies
• Hospitals & healthcare companies
• Clinics
• Real estate companies
• Educational institutions
• Startups & corporate offices
• Employee gifting programmes
• Client / customer gifting programmes
• Approach HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing and Corporate Relations teams.
• Present Kichera corporate gifting solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team.
• Follow up from enquiry → quotation → negotiation → order → delivery.
• Develop repeat corporate gifting opportunities.

3. Flea Market & Corporate Events• Identify suitable flea markets, exhibitions, corporate events and lifestyle events.
• Coordinate with organisers for stall opportunities.
