I'm hiring an Operations Manager at LifeGuru.

Our mission is to be the most authentic partner for a billion+ spiritual journeys. We're not just an app. We're a team making sure every ritual and consultation is done with the highest standard of devotion.

We treat every Puja and Chadhava as a moment of trust, not a transaction. This role makes that trust real on the ground: at the temple, in the puja video, and at the devotee's doorstep. Get it right every time, and a first booking becomes a lifelong relationship.

Simple for the devotee. Hard to run behind the scenes. That's the job.

Devotion tech is a new category with no playbook to copy. You'll write it.

You don't need to be religious to do this well. You do need to respect what it means to the person who booked.

What you'll own
- Field operations: Hire, train and lead our field executives across temple towns.
- Vendor management: Onboard and manage pandits, temple partners and local vendors. Own SLAs, quality and payments.
- Video team: Lead our video editors so every puja video reaches the devotee on time and feels genuine.




- Festival peaks: Plan ahead for Navratri, Shravan and Mahashivratri, when orders jump overnight.
- SOPs and process improvement: Write the playbook, fix what breaks, and make sure it stays fixed.
- Metrics: Own TAT, completion rate, refunds, ratings, repeat bookings and cost per order.
- Cross-functional work: Partner with business, product and tech to improve the tools your team runs on.

How it works
- Remote / hybrid, with our core team in Bengaluru
- Around 10 days a month travelling to temple towns
- Report directly to a founder

You'll do well here if
- You have 3–5 years in operations, including managing field teams or vendors. Logistics, quick commerce, hyperlocal, travel, events and home services are all great backgrounds.
- You've led teams that don't sit at a desk, and they liked working with you.
- You're strong in Excel / Google Sheet
