Job OverviewIndo European Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of its study abroad branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch performance, counselling students, driving admissions, leading the counselling team, and achieving assigned business targets.
Role SummaryThe Branch Manager will oversee the overall functioning of the branch and ensure smooth and effective counselling and admission operations. The candidate will be responsible for directly counselling students and parents, understanding their academic and career goals, and providing suitable guidance regarding countries, universities, courses, admission requirements, and the overall study abroad process.




Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for handling student counselling sessions and converting prospective students into successful applications and admissions. They will understand student requirements, provide appropriate course and university recommendations, and guide students throughout the admission process.
The Branch Manager will manage and monitor the performance of the branch counselling team, set targets, track performance, provide guidance, and ensure that the team consistently works towards achieving admission and revenue objectives.
The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, monitoring conversions, and developing strategies to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion rates. They will also maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and other stakeholders.
