Position : Territory Sales Manager
Location : Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad

Role Purpose:
Premas Life Sciences has expanded its portfolio with a new division focused on essential, fast-moving Life Science solutions catering to the Clinical, Research, and Pharma communities. The division aims to broaden Premas' impact and serve a wider spectrum of scientific and healthcare customers with high-quality, high-demand products that complement its existing genomics and precision medicine offerings.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of fast-moving life science Instruments & Instruments & consumables within the assigned territory. This role focuses on execution—managing distributor relationships, generating demand, meeting revenue targets, and supporting the market expansion of the current Division.

Key Responsibilities
· Cover the target customers with effective product promotion and achieve assigned sales targets.
· Generate new business opportunities through effective territory management.
· Take responsibility for accurate forecasting, maintaining leads,



and keeping opportunity information up to date in the CRM database.
· Remain up to date with technology, new projects, market development, and competitors' offerings.

Must-Have Competencies
• 5 years of relevant sales experience in fast-moving Life Sciences consumables, laboratory equipment,
and plasticware.
• Mandatory experience working with distributors / channel partners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Good-to-Have Competencies
• Exposure to selling to Clinical, Research, and Pharma customers.
• Working knowledge of CRM-based chance tracking and sales forecasting.
• Ability to track market developments and competitor offerings.
• Exposure to new business development and territory expansion activities.

Education & Experience
· Essential: Bachelor's degree in any Science stream (B.Sc / Life Sciences).
