Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise in paid advertising platforms, a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, and the ability to independently own campaigns and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Strategize, execute,



and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Amazon Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Own campaign performance and optimize key business KPIs including CAC, LTV, Retention, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
• Stay ahead of evolving advertising products, platform updates, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and performance gaps, and independently recommend and implement optimization strategies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of significant changes in campaign and business performance and take corrective actions.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments across campaigns, creatives, audiences, and channels to improve marketing efficiency.
• Evaluate the impact and attribution of high-reach channels such as YouTube and Programmatic using relevant business KPIs.
