As a Veeva / CRM Specialist you will support client-facing data and analytics engineering work within our Data Science practice, helping shape CRM solutions that turn raw data into usable insights for decision-making. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to navigate shifting client needs while building meaningful relationships and developing your personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to exploratory analysis, descriptive analysis, statistical modeling,



and data visualization efforts that support business decisions and reflect a deeper understanding of the client context.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client data and business requirements to support Veeva CRM and related analytics workstreams
• Developing data models, workflows, and technical solutions that translate business needs into actionable insights
• Applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques to identify patterns and inform recommendations
• Creating and maintaining data pipelines, quality checks, and reporting outputs for client delivery
• Collaborating across client teams to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and advance project milestones
• Interpreting complex data sets and synthesizing findings into clear visualizations and presentations
