About the role
You will own the entire sales engine at Lex Mores Tech, across all our products including Contract Bazaar: how leads are allocated and worked, how the team performs, how clients are kept happy, and how the sales process improves over time. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will run a sales team and own the numbers, and the Marketing Manager will report into you, so you also own how marketing and sales work together to fill and convert the pipeline.
Key responsibilities
● Own pre-sales and lead management, including lead allocation, distribution and routing across the team, so every lead is worked properly and nothing is wasted
● Audit sales calls for quality, compliance and conversion, and turn the findings into coaching
● Train, coach and develop the sales team to lift conversion and consistency
● Own sales reporting,



dashboards and forecasts, and report performance to leadership
● Handle and resolve client escalations quickly, and fix the causes so they do not recur
● Implement, configure and manage the CRM, and drive adoption and clean, reliable data across the team
● Continuously optimise the sales process, removing bottlenecks and improving conversion at every stage
● Lead, manage and grow the sales team, set targets and hold the team to them
● Oversee the Marketing Manager, who reports into this role, and align marketing with sales so the pipeline is well-fed and well-converted
