Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai- Western side for a Relationship Manager – GMc/Corporate Business – PSU Banks Co Operative Banks at Care Insurance.

The role involves managing and strengthening relationships with PSU banks aquiring corporate clients, with a focus on driving business growth for group and corporate health insurance products.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for regular Branch and client meetings, understanding client requirements, coordinating Quites and closure , and ensuring timely policy issuance and renewals.

Daily activities include liaising with internal underwriting, operations,



and claims teams, tracking sales performance, preparing MIS reports, and addressing client queries and issues promptly.

The role also requires identifying new business opportunities, supporting product presentations and training for bank and corporate stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with PSU banks and corporate clients.
• Proven experience in corporate or institutional sales, preferably in health insurance, financial services, or related domains.
• Ability to analyze client needs, prepare proposals, and support negotiations that align with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders in banks and corporate organizations.
