Valley Engineering Private Limited is a growing E&I; automation and project engineering company delivering PLC/SCADA systems, control panels, and end-to-end project solutions for water & wastewater, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and other process industries.
The HR Assistant will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, with particular responsibility for payroll processing and statutory compliance within an Indian organizational environment.

??? ????????????????:
• ??????? ??????????: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time while maintaining proper salary and payroll records.
• ????????? ??????????: Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, and applicable Labour Law requirements and filings.
• ??????????? ???????: Assist with candidate screening, interview coordination, documentation, and recruitment activities.
• ?????????? & ???????????: Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, induction, exit processes,



and related records.
• ?????????? & ?????: Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and related HR reports.
• ???????? ???????: Maintain employee files, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
• ?? ???????? & ?????????: Support the implementation and administration of company HR policies and procedures.
• ??????? ?? ??????????: Handle routine HR activities and provide day-to-day support across employee-related processes.

???????? ?????? & ??????????????:
• MHRM or MBA in HR is mandatory.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong working knowledge of PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities efficiently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership.
