Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Kanpur, reporting to the Marketing Head – SBU. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, managing key client relationships, and supporting sales performance initiatives. Daily responsibilities include researching potential accounts, identifying decision-makers within targeted leads, developing and executing growth strategies, promoting company products and services,



monitoring sales progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting sales team development, reviewing sales contracts and documentation, conducting industry and market research, and ensuring sales activities remain aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or marketing roles.
• Proven record of sales growth and business expansion.
• Strong understanding of business strategy development, sales growth techniques, and revenue optimization.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Understanding of financial and commercial aspects of sales and business development.
• Ability to review sales contracts and ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines.
