Role Description The Vice President role is a full time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar. The Vice President will oversee strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and operational performance across the company’s projects and facilities. Daily responsibilities include leading senior managers, reviewing key performance metrics, aligning operations with regulatory and safety standards, and optimizing resource allocation.



The role involves developing and executing business plans, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective collaboration between corporate and site-level teams. The Vice President will also be responsible for budgeting, risk management, and supporting the Board and executive leadership with data-driven recommendations.
