This role is an opportunity to contribute to a growing business by helping build a consistent, well-organized HR function. As HR Officer, you will support day-to-day people operations, help maintain a positive employee experience, and partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure HR processes are handled accurately, professionally, and with care.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration across the business
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel data
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters




• Coordinate performance reviews, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree from a top tier 1 university in India
• Up to 2-3 years of HR experience, including support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
• Experience coordinating performance reviews and training initiatives
• Experience supporting hiring managers, department heads, employees across the business, and senior leadership
• Business-fluent English for professional communication
• Eligible to work in India

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with payroll systems or Zoho People
• Knowledge of Indian labor law, statutory compliance, and payroll compliance
• Knowledge of employee documentation standards
