Role: Product Information & Labeling Specialist
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Hybrid/Remote)
Experience: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Create, review, update, and maintain product labels, IFUs, packaging artwork, and product information content.
• Manage labeling updates through established change-control and document management processes.
• Ensure compliance with global labeling regulations, internal procedures, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate label review and approval workflows with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support UDI (Unique Device Identification) implementation and maintenance activities.
• Conduct impact assessments for product, process, and regulatory changes affecting labeling and product information.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
• Maintain accurate document control records and labeling documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance labeling accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications




• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience in Product Labeling, Product Information Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or a related function.
• Experience managing labeling content, IFUs, packaging artwork, and product information documentation.
• Hands-on experience with document control systems, change management processes, and approval workflows.
• Knowledge of labeling requirements for Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare Products.
• Solid attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within the Medical Device, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of UDI regulations and multilingual labeling processes.
• Experience working with PLM, ERP, Labeling M
