Nudge Asia is looking for an Operations Executive to join our growing Events & Experiential team.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, and passionate about event production, execution, and on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate end-to-end event operations and execution
* Manage production, fabrication,



installation, and dismantling activities
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, fabricators, and production partners
* Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, production plans, and execution timelines
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Manage manpower, transportation, logistics, and material movement
* Conduct site visits and supervise on-ground execution
* Ensure execution is aligned with approved designs, quality standards, budgets, and timelines
* Handle on-site operational challenges and ensure timely resolution
* Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution

What We’re Looking For:

* 2–5 years of experience in Event Management, Experiential Marketing, BTL, Production, or related industries
* Robust understanding of event production and on-ground execution
* Good vendor management and negotiation skills
* Strong coordi
