Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing professional who can build and maintain our digital presence, generate marketing content, support business development, and actively drive leads through to conversion. The person will work closely with the CEO initially on BD calls and client conversations and gradually take ownership of the process independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Presence & Marketing
• Build, manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, content generation, calendar creation and posting.
• Identify relevant content, trends and topics that can strengthen our brand visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to source relevant work, case studies,



projects and content for marketing.

2. Business Development & Sales
• Work closely with the CEO on all business development calls initially.
• Prepare for client calls by understanding the prospect, requirement and potential opportunity.
• Maintain a explicit pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects after calls, proposals and presentations until conversion or closure.
• Identify new potential clients, opportunities and channels for business development.

3. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients by coordinating monthly/quarterly check-ins.
• Ensure follow-ups and action points from client conversations are tracked and closed.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or business with existing clients.
• Maintain and update client and prospect information through the company CRM.
