WE ARE NOT HIRING SOMEONE TO MANAGE AN EXISTING SALES TEAM.

We are looking for the person who will build the sales engine of The Wise Parrot.

The Wise Parrot helps businesses convert more of the enquiries they already generate.

Businesses spend heavily on Meta, Google and other channels to generate leads.

But revenue often leaks after the enquiry comes in:

• Replies are delayed
• Customers are not understood properly
• Follow-ups are missed
• High-intent leads are not handed over at the right time
• Sales teams lose track of conversations
• Business owners don't know where revenue is getting lost

The Wise Parrot sits between customer enquiries and the sales team.

It helps businesses respond, qualify, follow up, identify buying intent,



trigger human handovers and understand what is happening across their sales conversations.

We already have real customers using the product.

Now we need to build a predictable B2B sales machine around it.

That is what we want you to build.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

PHASE 1 — SELL PERSONALLY

Before managing a team, we want you close to customers.

You will personally:

• Prospect
• Run discovery calls
• Conduct demos
• Handle objections
• Follow up
• Negotiate
• Close customers

We want you to understand:

• Why do customers buy?
• Why don't they buy?
• Which ICP converts fastest?
• Which problem gets the strongest reaction?
• Which pitch works?
• Which objections kill deals?
• What makes someone ready to buy now?

You won't be managing sales from a dashboard.

You will first help us understand how Wise Parrot should be sold.

PHASE 2 — BUILD THE SALES PLAYBOOK

Once we start seeing patterns, you will turn them into a repeatable system.
