Roles & Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Compliance
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for on-roll and off-roll employees with high accuracy.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and HRIS-related processes.
• Resolve employee queries related to HRIS, leave, attendance, and payroll.
• Manage Full & Final (FnF) settlements and experience letters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, leave balances, and HR documentation.
• Ensure smooth and efficient execution of HR operational processes.

2. Compensation & Perks
• Manage employee compensation and benefits administration.
• Support compensation structures, salary revisions, and employee benefit programs.
• Manage GHI/GPA processes, including additions, deletions, modifications, and endorsements.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and TPAs for timely processing of employee benefit-related requirements.
• Manage employee wellness cards, validation, distribution, and CD balance updates.




• Monitor and resolve employee queries related to compensation and benefits

3. Vendor Management
• Manage HR-related vendors including HRMS, GHI/GPA, insurance, GPTW, recruitment consultants, and employee wellness partners.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of HR services and resolution of issues.
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, documentation, and compliance with agreed requirements.
• Manage insurance endorsements, employee wellness services, and other vendor-related HR processes.
• Maintain effective vendor relationships and identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and employee experience.

4. Performance Management & HR Analytics
• Drive goal setting and performance review processes.
• Support KRA/KPI-related queries through the Let’s Achieve platform.
• Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics.
