SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Reports To: Creative Content Head / Creative Strategist

Role Overview
ODDS Longevity is looking for a highly organised and proactive Social Media Executive who will work closely with the Creative Content Head to execute the brand's social media strategy.
The role requires someone who is fast, detail-oriented, digitally native and comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts.
The Creative Content Head will lead strategy and creative direction; the Social Media Executive will ensure that ideas move from the content calendar to execution smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Content Execution
• Manage day-to-day execution of the social media calendar.
• Coordinate reels, static posts, carousels, stories and other social content.
• Prepare captions, post copies, hashtags, metadata and publishing requirements.
• Schedule and publish approved content across platforms.
• Ensure content goes live according to agreed timelines.
• Maintain organised repositories of creatives, raw footage, approvals and published assets.





Creative Coordination
• Work closely with designers, editors and the Creative Content Head.
• Translate briefs into explicit execution requirements.
• Coordinate revisions and ensure feedback is implemented correctly.
• Assist during content shoots and maintain shot lists/content requirements.
• Identify usable moments from existing footage that can be repurposed into reels, stories or short-form content.

Platform Management
• Manage Instagram stories and maintain daily activity on the platform.
• Monitor comments, mentions, tags and relevant conversations.
• Flag important community interactions, leads or reputational concerns.
• Maintain consistency across brand pages and platforms.

Research & Trend Tracking
• Track relevant social trends, formats, audio, creators and competitor activity.
• Regularly share content references and new format opportunities with the Creative Content Head.
