Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales Program Manager at CounselNest. The Sales Program Manager will design, implement,



and oversee sales programs that promote CounselNest’s assessment and counseling solutions to schools, colleges, training providers, and corporate partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, coordinating outreach campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and refining sales processes for improved conversion and retention. The role involves close collaboration with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with learner-focused outcomes and the broader Crescet EduStreams ecosystem. The Sales Program Manager will also prepare reports, forecast revenue, and contribute to strategic planning for market expansion.
