Role Description: The Manager–Loan Operations will oversee end-to-end loan processing activities, including loan origination, documentation, verification, and disbursement for housing and MSME-related products. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves managing daily operations, monitoring loan pipelines,



and ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and turnaround time standards. The individual will coordinate with Customers, Internal teams, IBOs, and Lending Partners to ensure File Login and complete Logins, Loan Processing Discussions and Documentations and connect with Partners to generate Leads. The role includes supervising operations Staff, Calling Team, IBOs Connect, Loan Requirement Discussions with Customers and using data and reports to track performance metrics and minimize errors or risk. The Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support audits and compliance reviews, and assist in refining operational strategies for scalable and customer-focused loan services.
