Role Overview:
The Operations Manager at SiteRecon will be responsible for leading and scaling our Property Mapping Operations. This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role suited for someone comfortable managing large teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven production environment.
You will own day-to-day execution of mapping operations, with direct responsibility for throughput, quality, delivery SLAs, productivity, capacity planning, and team performance.
You will directly manage 6–8 Team Leads and QA Supervisors and indirectly manage 120+ cartographers, ensuring smooth execution across shifts and consistent delivery for our US and Canada customers.
This role requires someone who can identify bottlenecks, build scalable processes, improve productivity, strengthen quality systems, and use data to continuously improve operational performance.
